Please note that this return portal is for UK customers only. If your shipping address is outside the UK, please use our self-serve return portal. linked here.

Returns can be made within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please email returns@sorastudio.com. All items purchased directly from Sora Studio can also be returned within 14 days of order dispatch, with returns charged at standard Royal Mail rates. Please ensure all labels and hygiene tags remain intact, as refunds will only be processed if the item is returned in the same condition as it was sent. If the dress is returned with any marks, stains, damage, or signs of wear, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Costs

Returns are charged at standard Royal Mail rates, which will be applied at the time of creating your return label. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return

UK Returns

  • Visit our returns portal

  • Enter your Order ID and email address

  • Select the item(s) you wish to return and your reason

  • Download your Royal Mail returns label

  • Drop your parcel at your nearest Royal Mail drop-off point


International Returns

  • Visit our returns portal

  • Enter your Order ID and email address

  • Select your item(s) and return reason

  • Choose your preferred shipping method

  • Follow the instructions provided to complete your return


Please ensure each order is returned separately, as we are unable to process multiple orders within one parcel.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once completed.


Important Notes

  • We do not currently offer exchanges

  • We are not responsible for returns sent using alternative methods outside of the returns portal

  • Customers in remote locations may need to arrange their own return shipping where Royal Mail services are unavailable


Exclusions

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Items purchased at pop-up events

  • Items with tags removed

  • Items that have been worn or altered

  • Items purchased via third-party retailers


Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty on items with a manufacturing fault. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us with your order number and supporting images.
