Returns

We hope you love your Sora Studio purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of dispatch.

Items must be returned:

• Unworn

• In original condition

• With all labels and hygiene tags intact

Returns are processed via our Royal Mail returns portal and are charged at standard Royal Mail rates, applied when generating your return label.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• We do not currently offer exchanges

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return
